SAC's and the Montgomery Photo Festival reserve the right to reject any submitted image if it is deemed inappropriate for the exhibit.

In the shipment of work to and from the Montgomery Photo Festival, and during the exhibit, the photographer bears the cost and responsibility of insuring the work. SAC's and the Montgomery Photo Festival will exercise all reasonable care in handling entries but will not assume any liability for loss or damage while in their possession. All shipping costs of images to the Montgomery Photo Festival and back to the photographer are the sole responsibility of the photographer. No photo will be displayed in the exhibit if it was shipped without a return label enclosed in the shipping package.
-
All images must be listed for sale. The Montgomery Photo Festival and Stonehenge Gallery will collect a 30% commission on sales.
-
Once a submission is made via the call portal, the entry fee will not be refundable.
-
USE RIGHTS: Artists retain all copyright to their own images. By submitting for jurying, artists whose submissions are chosen for the exhibition grant SAC’s and the Montgomery Photo Festival the right to use their images for the purpose of promoting the artist, promoting exhibitions, and subsequent display on SAC’s and the Montgomery Photo Festival websites of current and past exhibitions. Further, the artist represents that he or she created the image and has the right to make this grant of use. Promotions and images may also be placed on social networks for the SAC’s and the Montgomery Photo Festival. Artists grant the use of their image(s) as stated without further contact or compensation from SAC’s and the Montgomery Photo Festival. We do run ads in print media at times promoting our events. Should your image(s) be selected for a printed promotion, you may be asked to provide the exhibit with a digital image of higher resolution that the one submitted for the jury process.
